We will not grant a refund or credit, or replace a product unless the product was misprinted, the product was damaged, or the product does not match the fulfillment information.

In order to request a refund, credit, or replacement, you must send a photograph, a brief explanation of the problem,
and your order number to inspirebi.com@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective or unused and
in the same condition that you received it. All returned items are subject to inspection prior to processing.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are
defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange your item for the same item but a different size, send us an email with your order number at inspirebi.com@gmail.com for further instructions. We will Email you a free return label to send your item back to our shop.
